Supervise
the daily operation of Reservations, responsible for coaching and guiding the
Reservations Sales Agents and coordination with other departments.
监督每天预定部的运行状况,为指导及引导预定部文员与其他部门的协作起到示范作用
SPECIFIC DUTIES
工作任務 :
Supervise
the operation of the department including telephone handling, reservations
input, error log processing and inventory balancing.
监督部门的运行包括电话接听,预定输入正确性,平衡每天2边系统之间误差纪录
Ensure
that all associates in Reservations are proactive in upselling and work towards
maximization of revenue and guest satisfaction.
确保所有员工主动upsell并且努力使酒店收益和顾客满意度最大化
Interact
with Sales/Event Management Department for group block and rooming list
processing.
与销售/宴会统筹部相协作使团队数与客人名单正常进行
Prepare
monthly commission payment for review of Reservations Sales Manager.
准备好每月的返佣纪录并且让预定部经理检查回顾
Review
the weekly group status report and update Reservations Sales Manager/DORS of
any changes.
回顾每周团队情况,如果变化时时向预定部经理及预定销售总监报告
Update
on 3-day forecast and distribute to related departments.
更新3天客房率预报并且分派到相关部门
Coach
and counsel all associates to ensure timely rectification of performance.
为员工做劝导/面谈以确保实时地纠正不正确行为
Assist
Reservations Sales Manager in setting up clear guidelines and expectation for
each associate and follow up on the progress.
预定部经理在为每位员工设立一个清晰的指导方针时从帮协助并且很好的进行跟踪指导
Conduct
regular performance review for sales associate and keep written record for
future follow up.
适时回顾并管理员工平时表现,并作记录以便将来跟踪回顾
Perform
duties of Reservations Sales Manager during her absence.
当预定部经理不在时,担当起职责
