Organization of Associates social and recreation activities.
组织各种酒店内部及外部活动。
Develops annual hotel training plans and prepares quarterly reports to management
开展酒店年度培训计划和准备每季度进行管理工作的汇报。
Develops and maintains training room and Staff Activity Room.
建立和维护酒店的培训教室及员工活动室。
Develops hotel training budget.
制定酒店培训预算。
Develops training manuals and courses.
制定培训指南和培训课程。
Maintains employee, supervisory and management record of training.
保管员工、主管层和管理层的培训记录。
Conducts employee orientation to the company and the hotel.
对员工进行公司或酒店的入职培训。
Conducts first-line supervisory training in basic management skills.
对一线的主管进行最基本的管理技能的培训。
Conducts guest courtesy training.
进行客人礼仪礼貌培训。
Oversees on the job training of new employees.
监管新进员工岗位培训。
Oversees retraining of employees.
监管员工的在职培训。
Complete other work arranged by DHR.
完成人力资源总监交办的其他工作。
【岗位要求】
Bachelor Degree, majored in HR or hotel management
本科学历,人力资源或酒店管理相关专业
Fluent English
英语流利
At least 3 years’ similar position at international brand hotel
3年以上同类型国际品牌酒店类似岗位经验
Excellent candidate for promotion, Negotiable salary
