Assist Manager of Payroll to ensure that all payrolls are correctly prepared and paid on a timely basis, and maintain all
payroll records.
协助薪资经理确保工资按时准确的发放,相关的工资凭证能够很好的保存。
Key Duties and Responsibilities 主要职责和责任
Collection and verification of basic payroll information from HR which has been verified by HR department (time cards, time
sheets, wage rate schedules, payroll deductions,Action Form etc.)
收集及审核人事部提供的基础的工资资料(例如记时卡,时间表,工资水平计划表,扣款,行动计划表等)
Preparation of all pay vouchers and payroll records (manual or computerised).
准备所有的工资支付凭证和工资记录(手工记录或电子记录)。
Preparation of payroll journals for general ledger postings.
准备相关的工资凭证给总账抛帐。
Preparation of all tax, tax returns, employees compensation, insurance, superannuation etc. pertaining to payroll.
准备关于工资的所有税,个税返还,雇员补偿,保险,养老退休金等。
Preparation of regular payroll reports including productivity reports, manning reports, etc. ensuring they are completed on a
timely basis.
准备所有工资报表包括劳动生产率报告,人力成本报告等,保证所有的报表都能够及时准确的完成。
Has an excellent knowledge of all awards ensuring the correct rates and paid to team members.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

▪ Bachelor’s degree.
学士学位
▪ Preference of experience in job required.
