1、大学学历,相关专业毕业;
2、熟悉前厅部工作服务标准及操作程序;
3、收集宾客意见并上报至欢迎大使经理;
4、处理宾客要求并亲自协调相关部门,保证满足宾客的合理要求;
5、熟悉服务标准并以此指导日常工作及监督员工表现。
1.University degree in related subjects preferred;
2.Familiar with Front Office Standards and Procedures;
3.Collect all guest’sfeedback and report to Welcomer Manager;
4.Handle guest requests and takes personal responsibility to ensure request is met by following up with relevant departments;
5.Be familiar with service standards and is guided in daily work by these. Monitors staff performance continuously in this respect.
