在过去的几年里,旅游业和酒店业发生了巨大的变化。最显著的变化之一为互联网的极速发展与普及。价格透明度、第三方媒介和信息传播速度都极大地改变了市场营销和收益管理的传统法则。为了使酒店在新环境中占得先机,则需要以数字市场为基础的计划,目标是确保数字营销和分销工具整合到整体营销计划中。数字营销负责人需要推动酒店的市场营销方案,提高酒店整体平均可出售客房收入指数和其他关键的财务和客户指标。
Job Summary:
Over the last few years the travel and hospitality business has undergone tremendous change. One of the most significant changes has been the proliferation of the Internet. Price transparency, third party intermediaries, and speed of information have all changed the marketing and revenue management game. Winning in this new environment requires digital market-based plans that target customers by ensuring digital marketing and distribution tools are integrating into the overall marketing plan. He/She will be responsible for driving local marketing and distribution solutions that will improve the markets overall RevPAR index and other key financial and customer metrics.
