1. Assist in daily organization of the section.

2. Ensure efficient handling of all reservations.

3. Ensure F.I.T., group booking, telex, cancellations, transfer booking etc, are smoothly processed And properly filed for future references.
确保散客,团队的预订、电传、取消、转移预订等程序能顺利进行并正确保存以备查阅。
4 Being responsible for the accurate recording and processing of reservations and the maximization of room sales through pro-active selling and up-selling techniques.
确保客房预定过程及纪录的准确性。通过积极主动的销售及促销手段,实现客房销售收益的最大化。

7.Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
