To assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in overseeing the sales department’s functioned.

To know clearly the hotel objectives and sales target set for his/her area of responsibilities breakdown into weekly, monthly and yearly target set forth in the sales plan.

Monitors and evaluates contemporary sales and marketing initiatives and trends.
4. 监督,指导销售团队确保其完成酒店营销目标。
To supervise, drive and monitor sales activities of the Sales Teams to ensure that they meet the goals of the hotel and marketing plan.
5. 协助有效销售工作的进行,确保对于潜在客户的全面覆盖,跟进的高效实行。
Assist in implementation of effective sales system and procedures that ensure efficient execution of all potential coverage, follow-up and tracing of leads.
6. 确保对于竞争者动向的时时关注。制定完整的有关竞争者价格,促销活动,入住率和销售策略的调查报告并每月更新。
Ensures complete awareness by sales team on competitor’s activities at all times. Updates on monthly basis, a full competitors’ survey on rates, promotions, and occupancy and sales strategies.
7. 协助及协调部门内部对于主要客户来访的接待工作。
Assist and coordinate with Sales Team in the execution of familiarization/site inspection trips to hotels by major clients.
8. 向市场销售总监就针对细分市场的促销活动提出建议。
Recommends to the Director of Sales & Marketing on promotions and campaign to reach specific markets
