岗位职责:
1.
协助餐厅经理管理日常营运,确保餐厅的顺利运转; Assist restaurant manager in daily operations to ensure smooth running of the restaurant.
2.
监督并协调餐厅服务团队的工作,确保服务质量; Supervise and coordinate the work of the restaurant service team to ensure quality service.
3.
确保餐厅的卫生、安全及环境符合标准; Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with standards of cleanliness, safety, and environment.
4.
协助餐厅经理进行预算和财务管理,包括成本控制和收支平衡; Assist restaurant manager in budgeting and financial management, including cost control and revenue balance.
5.
协调并监督餐厅的供应链,确保食材的新鲜和质量; Coordinate and supervise the restaurant's supply chain to ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients.
6.
提高餐厅的运营效率和客户满意度; Improve the operational efficiency and customer satisfaction of the restaurant.
7.
协助培训和管理餐厅员工; Assist in training and managing restaurant staff.
