To supervise the entire Conference and Banqueting department with manning requirement, facilities, sales and costs management and to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved

Job requirments
1.1年相关工作经历,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
1 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2.酒店管理,餐饮或相关专业的大专学历
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
3.业务知识熟练;工作认真
Skilled in relevant technique and knowledge,hard-working

12.Making sure all
customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively while
assisting on the floor during meal periods each day.

13.Be available to
assist on duty in the Restaurant & Bars during any busy days or special
events.

14.Be Pro-Active
towards guests, assisting them with any reasonable requests, and training all
team member to see these things before the guests ask.

15.To ensure all
standards for Service Delivery as identified in the Guest Satisfaction Manual
and the Standard Operating and Procedures Manual are consistently delivered throughout
the department.

16.Having detailed
knowledge of all departmental Standards.

21.Developing action
plans to address shortfalls in Standards and identifying shortfalls before they
affect customer service.

23.To plan,
priorities organize and control the day-to-day operation.

24.Preparing rosters and job schedules for team member to meet business
needs (taking into consideration internal activities and occupancy and external
events, promotions etc).

25.Communicating effectively with Front Office and Groups & Tours to
maximise in house and group business for the restaurant, ensuring direct
liaison with Group Leaders upon arrival.

26.To describe, assign and delegate duties and authority for the operation
of the Restaurant at all times.

each client to come up with unique and imaginative ideas for enhancing the impact
of meeting or event experience.

2. In conjunction
with the Event Strategist, is responsible for meeting room set-up, animations,
multi-media, props and tools.

3.Curates
one-of-a-kind meeting, events, breaks and experiences.

4. Record all Loyalty
guests, VIPs, and guests with special needs and wants and advise relevant
departments.

5. Briefs personnel
on preparations, service and content of menu items.

6.Performs all

7. Ensure adequate of
supplies, materials, and requisition for general supplies.

8.Ensure HEARTISTs properly carry out side duties and
monitor service flow.

9. Participates in
daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects
of food service and preparation.

10. Ensure all
fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.

11. Ensure good
general appearance and maintenance of banquet and meeting room working areas.

12.Ensure grooming
and general appearance of HEARTIST conforms to Hotel standards.

13. Assures the interface between all hotel departments and
service-providers if necessary.
