Job Description:
Routes all incoming and
outgoing mail as well as correspondences related to the general administration.
Types, file, and upkeep of all private and confidential matters related to the Executive Office.
Monitors and maintains the proper appearance of the Executive Office.
Maintains and updates the activities diary to keep track all official activities and event that involve the General Manager.
Prepares the relevant
materials for all meetings attended by the General Manager: Daily Operations
Meeting, Executive Committee Meetings, Departmental Meetings and ad hoc
meetings.
Attends and prepares
meeting minutes as and when required.
Qualification
Oversea education is preferred.
Ensures high standards of
personal presentation and grooming.
Excellent English listening, reading, and writing skills
Good communication and execution skills.
