Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·All hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local laws and company policies and standards.
·Maintains all applications from recruitment channel, screens and interviews applicants suitable for positions. Arranging interview at appropriate time.
·Ensures that all applications are reviewed and that acknowledgment/ reject letters are sent out 1 weeks from date of receipt.
·Prepare recruitment advertisements align with updated hotel information that reinforces the corporate identity and projects a professional image.
·Maintains close relationship with academic institutions and hotel schools and develop new schools.
·Prepares the documentation process for visa applications for foreign nationals.
·Assists in the recruitment process by handling enquiries, registration.
·Performs any additional duties as directed by the DOHR.
·Handle sensitive issues with employees and/or guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
·Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with hotel colleagues.
·Ensures background checks of managers is completed in accordance with Group Standard Operating Procedures.
·Complete relevant the monthly group and departmental reports.
·Research and undertake regular local salary review / surveys such as Associate Benefits Survey etc.

·与相关单位、酒店院校保持紧密地联系,并开拓新的合作关系。
·为国外的应聘者准备签证所需要的相关文件。
·协助完成新员工的录用、登记等手续。
·有技巧的、尊重的、委婉的和保密的方式处理与员工或客人相关的敏感事件。
·与同事保持良好的关系,以体现酒店的士气及团队精神。
·按照集团标准完成经理级员工的背景调查。
·制作集团报表和部门各项月度报表。
·调查及负责定期的当地市场薪酬调查及回顾,如员工福利调查等。
·根据人力资源总监的指令完成其它额外职责。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Hotel background in similar capacity in a hotel of similar standard
·College diploma or above
·Excellent English language skills
·Good customer relations skills
·Ability to perform clerical duties
·Positive outgoing personality
·Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals

·大专以上学历
