岗位职责:
1. Assist the Purchasing Manager in obtaining quotations from suppliers so that purchases are made in the best interest of the company. 协助采购经理从供应商方面获得合理报价,使酒店在采购中获得最优价格
2. Initiates purchase documentation upon authorization.在授权的程序上着手购买
3. Performs regular checks on prices in the market.对市场的价格进行定期的调研
4. Enhances knowledge of new products in the market so as to improve quality.加强对市场上新产品知识的了解,以便提高质量
5. Identifies products for substitution.确定产品的替代品
6. Liaisons closely with Cost Controller to understand the par stocks level for the Food Store, Beverage Store and General Supply Store. 密切关注食品商、饮料商和一般供应商的库存物品的报价水平
7. Familiar with the tax and custom regulations熟悉税收和海关条例
8. Communication with Executive Housekeeper, Executive Chef, Cost Controller and other Department Managers. 与行政管家、行政总厨、财务总监和其他部门经理保持沟通
任职资格:
1、从事酒店物资管理和采购工作1年以上,具有丰富的采购知识和经验。
2、熟练掌握采购程序和酒店内部控制程序。
3、拥有各类物资供应商,并与他们建立牢固、良好的业务关系。
4、懂基础英语。
