职位概述Job Instruction:
1.清楚地了解分管区域的销售目标,并预先在销售计划中将其按年/月/周的目标进行细分。
To know clearly the hotel objectives and sales target set for his/her area of responsibilities breakdown into weekly, monthly and yearly target set forth in the sales plan
2.安排每日走访的客户,以及在客房及餐饮上为酒店寻求更多的业务。
To conduct daily sales visit to assigned accounts to solicit business for the hotel for both rooms and food & beverage through effective client account management.
3.以最有效的方式划分销售区域。
To plan sales coverage of area/territory assigned in the most effective manner.
4.履行客户关系管理的职责,通过完成计划周详的客户拜访实现销售目标
Fulfills Customer Relationship Management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customer interview
5.提供售后服务,确保认真对待所有投诉,在必要时与相关部门进行沟通
To provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective department when necessary
6.根据各自管辖区域撰写市场及竞争者情况报告。
Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment.
7.确保所有客户信息的时时更新,包括数据信息的更新,产品跟踪,客户动向。
To upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts)
8.向销售总监提交每周和每月报告
To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required to be submitted to the Director of Sales
9.向销售总监就针对细分市场的促销活动提出建议。
Recommends to the Director of Sales on promotions and campaign to reach specific markets
10.与销售总监一起参加每月“Account Productivity”回顾。
To participate in “Account Productivity” monthly review with Director of Sales.
11.参加销售例会,就客户动向及市场走势市场与销售总监进行沟通,及时更新。
Participate in daily, weekly and monthly sales meeting to update Director of Sales on the activities of each accounts and market trends
