Assist the HRD the smooth and efficient running of Learning & Development Department. Maintain a suitable climate of associate’s relations to achieve Learning & Development goals. Ensure all local and government legislation and Learning & Development Policy and Procedure is strictly adhered to. Coordinate with all departments to advise line management and associates on all Learning & Development matters.
