Primary Responsibilities主要职责
• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Provide administrative support and prepare business communications for Rooms Director when necessary and time allows.
• Document and maintain appointment calendar for Director of S&M as required.
• Attend designated meetings, take minutes & distribute as directed.
• Handling of office administration duties such as mail, phones, photocopying, office supplies, filing etc.
• Admin Assistant are required at all times to be in observance of Hotel and Company policies and procedures, and interdepartmental cooperation.
• Administrative support to the Sales Managers to include but not limited to, proposals, contracts, expense reports, entering sales activities into Opera Sales & Catering, answering the telephone, responding to e-mails, checking guestroom and function space availability, making room reservations for clients, amenity forms and transportation requests.
• Maintains positive relationships with all guests and vendors.
• Maintains account, contact, activity and business details within Opera S&C according to Fairmont standards.
• Ensures delivery of expected guest service through follow up and coordination with other hotel departments.
• Actively participates in prescribed sales training.

• 根据费尔蒙标准,在Opera S&C中维护账户、合同、活动和业务的具体信息。
• 通过与酒店其他部门的协调和跟进,确保为客人提供预期的服务。
• 积极参加指定的销售培训。
• 其他分配的任务。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
• Knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering, Opera PM, Outlook; Word; Excel; Power Point
• Previous hotel experience either in Sales or an Operational Department an asset.
• Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• English as a second language an asset.
