Position Summary职位概述:
1.Reports directly to and communicates with the General Manager on all administrative matters.

2.Maintains the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs.

3.Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with Department Heads and other inter-departmental secretaries as appropriate.

4.Supervises the work of the Executive Office staff.

5.Day-to-Day secretarial work to include typing, filing, faxes,and telephone etc.

6.Distribution of memos, letters and other information etc.
分类整理备忘录,信件及其他资料。
7.Arranging internal/external appointments.
安排总经理对内及对外约见。
8.Translating incoming letters, documents,articles by request.

9.Storing and keeping all confidential information.

10.Taking minutes of Department Heads/Ex.com meeting as requested.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability 工作技能技巧要求:
1.Good English and typing skill.

2.Be able to operate computer.

3.Some secretary and executive management knowledge.

4.Good communication skill.

5.University and above.

6.At least 2 years related working experience in hotel.
