Job Responsibility:
Co-ordinate all kinds of training available in the Hotel and perform training administration duties.
Job Requirement:
1.Well communications skills
2.Capable to organize
3.Fluent in oral and written English
4.Knowledge of computer(word, excel etc), familiar in PPT & design area is preferred

协助培训部经理在酒店实施培训活动、支持酒店的经营目标及持续的管理目标以及创造保持良好的企业文化。协调酒店一般培训,部门培训,语言培训及电脑培训等。保留并更新培训数据和资料。做培训并协助其他员工进行培训。
专业知识技能:
l 至少一年相关经验或大专及以上学历
l 基本培训技巧,如语言培训等。
l 好的沟通技巧,流利的英语说、写能力
