Assume responsibility for the daily operations of the PAVILION or in any other assigned outlet to ensure a smooth
running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.
2.协助部门努力创收。
Assist in working toward positive financial results.
3.协助确定本部门的正确工作安排并且及时地执行。
Assist in ensuring that scheduling is done accurately and in a timely manner.
4.协助执行员工激励机制和员工培训。
Assist in maintaining a highly motivated and well-trained staff.
5.整理相关部门文件以确保班次的顺利运转 (例如: 排班表、楼面计
划、预订本、帐单等)
Gather and implement all proper tools for running shifts (i.e. schedules, floor plans, reservations, and checks).
6.制定解决问题的方法,比如:电话销售服务、最后点单时间或者其他可能发生的日常问题。
Find solutions for problems such as call outs, last minute bookings, or any other daily problems that may arise.
7.处理日常员工关系 (例如: 排班和班次调整)。
Handle daily associate relations (i.e. scheduling, time adjustments).
8.确保所有服务产品都保持高质量。
Ensure that only a quality product is served.
9.为所有的员工和客人维持安全和卫生的工作环境。
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all associate and guests.
