【任职条件】
1、本科或以上学历,具有三年或以上五星级酒店人力资源工作经验。
2、了解并能熟练地运用国家有关劳动人事的政策法规,熟悉现代企业人力资源管理理论和实际运用。
3、组织纪律性强、原则性强;有良好的社交能力和协调控制能力;优秀的语言、文字表达能力;有工作责任感和开拓进取精神。
4、有员工关系、酒店培训相关工作经验优先考虑。
