You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Director of Human Resources with the implementation of Hyatt's Purpose throughout the hotel.

1) Assist Training Manager to find out, analysis and determine the hotel training needs.

Position Objective:

coordination of training department, which will also assist in providing hotel
training courses to all team members, thereby contributing to and supporting the
