Plan and allocate the work of the human resources staff. According to the hotel or company's regulations and policies, make suggestions or draft plans for employee salaries, work procedures or other matters related to human resources.岗位要求1.五年以上相关职位的工作经验，至少三年以上在国际酒店管理集团旗下五星级酒店管理岗位工作经验。2.至少曾连续两年担任过同等级酒店人力资源总监/经理的职位。3.在酒店人员招聘、合同管理、薪金制度、员工培训等方面具有丰富经验。4.在员工培训和员工发展两方面具有突出业绩者优先。5.良好的中英文写作、口语、阅读能力。Job requirements 1. More than five years of work experience in related positions, and at least three years of work experience in a five-star hotel management position under the International Hotel Management Group.2. Have held the position of Human Resources Director/Manager of a hotel of the same level for at least two consecutive years.3. Rich experience in hotel staff recruitment, contract management, salary system, staff training, etc.4. Outstanding performance in employee training and employee development is preferred. 5. Good Chinese and English writing, speaking and reading skills.
